WePay provides virtual prepaid Visa and Mastercard products, virtual phone numbers, and related payment services. All services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. WePay reserves the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
Service fees are disclosed at the point of purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. WePay reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to users.
WePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Your use of WePay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
